This nicely patinated lantern was originally part of a pair, but has been modified to hang alone. The decorative ceiling plate would have originally supported the lantern on the wall, but has been altered along with the lantern to hang from the ceiling. The lantern itself is about 24” tall, hanging length is about 47” from the top of the plate to the bottom of the lantern. There are six panels of glass and three light fixtures that take a standard chandelier bulb. The lantern is made of copper and cast bronze and has acquired a beautiful green and black patina over time. Dimensions listed are for lantern without chain.
