A stunning two-door bar cabinet in the manner of Osvaldo Borsani. Sculptural, demilune shape with ebony painted fruitwood exterior, honey-colored satinwood interior, and a shaped black glass top. Clear mirror panels are on the top and bottom, and a decorative, carved element depicts mirrored dolphins at the bottom. Fit with four satinwood shelves, one glass shelf, and four drawers. This piece belonged to renowned Italian designer and architect Achille Salvagni (see second photo). In good antique condition. The carved dolphin element shows signs of repair—Circa 1940's.
