A carved granite Oribe-dōrō garden lantern, a form traditionally associated with the Japanese tea master Furuta Oribe (1544–1615). Assembled from six separate elements, including a tall rectangular pedestal, molded support, square lantern chamber with open sides, broad hipped roof, and carved finial.
