A set of four, 1940s French ladder-back dining chairs with shaped back splats, ball finials, and rush seats. In the manner of French furniture designer Charles Dudouyt. Overall, the chairs are in good condition for their age—structurally sound, comfortable, and visually appealing. The oak frames show some scuffs and marks that come with age, and there are a few areas on the seats where individual strands of rush have broken; however, this does not affect the stability of the seats.
