A pair of mammoth, charcoal-on-paper hyperrealistic portraits of a man and woman. Who are they? We don't know. What we do know is this unnamed woman loved her pearls and her counterpart had quite the head of hair. Age has had an interesting effect on these portraits; the paper has rippled in certain areas, and the charcoal has worn down in the patterns of the ripples, creating a striking effect.
