Our monumental Gesso Great Hall Lantern was inspired by our line of round and linear Gesso Chandeliers. It's striking lines are entirely handmade from brass and finished with crisp, hand sculpted white gesso finish. It showcases four lighted candlesticks for an ambient glow. Four candlesticks are surrounded by a crown-like cage design, and finished with ball finials at the top of each point.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Lighting

Gesso Finish

Our gesso finish is a multi-step process in which layers of gesso are applied to build a texture, followed by the application of a lighter finishing coat for an ever so slight satin finish.

Crafting a chandelier

Every step of the process is manipulated by hand, illustrated in the sculpted white finish. It's low profile and visually lightweight and doesn't impede sight lines in a room.
