A late 19th century terra cotta pedestal by Galloway, of cylindrical form with richly molded classical and foliate decoration. The body is worked with scrolling leaves, flower heads and geometric bands beneath a projecting molded top, raised on a broad circular base. Remnants of old paint, weathered with areas of loss, surface wear and traces of earlier color throughout. An RT Facts Find.
