We are great admirers of the work of Giacometti and this is our reintroduction of a classic form of his. Giacometti typically did this style in bronze and we do it in iron with a blackened, gesso, gilt or powder coat finish, to give it a little zing.  

This Etoile Table Lamp is hand forged iron with a blackened finish and fixed with the best quality brass harp, ball finial, and three-way fixture. The cord is double-twisted fabric-covered with a vintage-style plug. 

This listing is for the lamp alone and does not include a shade. For indoor use only. An RT Facts Design made by hand in our Kent, Connecticut workshop.

Our Blackened finish is our tried and true standard which we love very much. It reads as a very warm almost black color with much dimension, allowing for the life and texture of the metal to shine through.
