Our BF Drink Table is an homage to Constantin Brancusi and Jean-Michel Frank. A tapered cube form that neatly reverses course forming a flared top, clad in rich leather.

Constantin Brancusi was a Romanian sculptor, painter and photographer who made his career in France. Considered a pioneer of modernism, one of the most influential sculptors of the 20th-century. His art emphasizes clean geometrical lines that balance forms inherent in his materials with the symbolic allusions of representational art.

Jean-Michel Frank was a French interior designer known for minimalist interiors decorated with clean-lined but sumptuous furniture made of luxury materials often clad in vellum, bleached leather or shagreen. Working in Paris, New York and Argentina, Jean-Michel Frank designed subtle, exquisitely proportioned furniture.

Please note that our hand-applied wax finish creates a light seal that allows for the leather to patina over time and that our natural leather is an organic material and often has inherent inconsistencies. Please see images for the range in color one can expect. For indoor use only. An RT Facts Design made by hand in our Kent, Connecticut workshop.

Leather Clad

A select number of our items are clad in leather, a meticulous process performed by our master craftsman, Brendan, right here in our shop. He measures and hand cuts each piece, then applies to the item before finishing and lightly sealing the leather.

Made by Hand

Every single one of our items is touched by our skilled craftspeople's hands during each step of fabrication. We take great pride in the fact that very few machines are involved in our production and those that are tend not to be new. We feel that these qualities bring a certain essence to a piece and thusly to the space it inhabits.
