Dynamic Abstract Mobile by Richard Griggs

A large scale kinetic metal mobile by New York City artist Richard Griggs.  Composed of three sections, each constructed of highly reflective double rows of elongated triangular metal pieces held in place by thin rigid wire.  Each section is capable of moving independently.  The whole effect is rather like an explosion of shards of glass suspended in time.  Although this is a large sculpture, it is not overpowering.  A dynamic centerpiece perfect for a high ceiling. An RT Facts Find.
